Ten Minutes of Mobility: The Habit Your Body Keeps Asking For
No gym, no gear, no sweat. A short daily stretch sequence that loosens desk-day stiffness and makes every other workout feel easier.

Most of us sit for eight or more hours a day, and our bodies quietly keep the receipts: tight hips, a stiff upper back, shoulders that creep toward our ears by mid-afternoon. The good news is that undoing a little of that damage takes far less than an hour-long class. It takes ten minutes, most days, done without fuss.
Why mobility beats motivation

Mobility work is low-stakes by design. You cannot fail at it, you do not need to change clothes, and you feel better immediately — which is exactly the feedback loop that turns a good intention into a habit.
The ten-minute sequence
Two minutes of cat-cow on all fours. Two minutes of a seated spinal twist, switching sides every few breaths. Two minutes in a deep lunge for each hip. Finish with two minutes lying on your back, knees dropped to one side, arms wide. Breathe slowly through your nose the entire time.
Do it next to your morning coffee, or right after you close the laptop. Anchor it to something you already do, and in two weeks it will simply be part of the day — like brushing your teeth, only more pleasant.
